When I first started my business, I didn’t realize all of the other responsibilities a business owner needed to worry about like: how to make strategic financial decisions, how to find clients (and keep them), or how to manage my time and tasks so I wasn’t burnt out. I was becoming or resentful of my business, and knew I needed to run it, rather than it running me.
I spent the past 5 years perfecting my back end systems while doing everything as a one woman show. Now I'm proud to say that after many late nights and weekends, I’m finally at a point where I can take time off without worrying about what needs to be done, I'm fully debt-free, and I've found a community of amazing women to support me as I continue to grow.
